Mark Healy is Chief Executive Officer for FusionIQ where his focus is on building strategic relationships and driving digital workstation partnerships.
His previous role was President and Chief Executive Officer of AST Financial, LLC (AST), overseeing administration of over 4,000 publicly traded companies and 8 million shareholders accounts across North America. Mr. Healy also founded and owns BGBY Investments, LLC.
Prior to AST, Mr. Healy was Executive Vice President for National Financial Services, a Fidelity Investments Company. He was responsible for all National Financial Sales and Relationship teams — covering over 325 broker dealer clients nationwide and custody of over $700 billion in assets.
Mr. Healy has held executive and senior roles with TD Securities, Swiss Bank Corporation and BGK Securities totaling over 34 years of experience in the financial services sector.
Peter Ierardi is Chief Technology Officer for FusionIQ. Mr. Ierardi is in charge of product development and ongoing customer rollout.
Mr. Ierardi has worked as a CTO for the last 33 years as President and CTO at Software Evolution, Inc. In this role, he specialized in creating custom software applications for a wide range of industries, and early start-ups and Cloud migration strategies for very large customers. He was also technical leadership of the engineering team that delivered early first generation web-enabled trading platforms for Wall Street Access, E*Trade, TD Ameritrade and Fidelity.
During his tenure at Software Evolution, Mr. Ierardi was CTO at ODIN Building Automation System where he designed and created a disruptive Cloud IoT SaaS offering. He was also Co-Inventor, Patent granted US 10,728,053 B2 in 2020 and responsible for vision, market definition, technical leadership, strategy, planning, application architecture and design, delivery and development, and management of both on and offshore development teams.
Mr. Ierardi’s focus was on delivering to commercial and OEM markets.
Mr. Ierardi has also participated in technical leadership roles, software development efforts and delivery at several influential companies such as GEICO/Homesite Insurance, PC Connection, Merchants Fleet Management, Detroit Diesel, RSA, Numega Technologies, Wintellect, and Telcordia, as well as, DOD and Gov’t entities such as the FAA, USDA, FBI and US State Department.
Jim Cott is Chief Financial Officer for FusionIQ. Mr. Cott is responsible for oversight of all finance functions for the company, including financial reporting, treasury, banking relations, revenue capture, contract negotiations, and financial forecasting. He maintains financial controls and develops strategies for prospering in this rapidly evolving global fintech market and regulatory environment.
Mr. Cott began his financial services career as a derivatives trader at Fidelity Investments, then later served as Operations Manager, Head Trader, and Options Principal at InvestIN Securities. He then led the Relationship Management Group at Penson Financial Services. When Apex Clearing formed, Mr. Cott shifted to corporate finance and contributed to Apex’s transformation and profitability while assisting in the incubation of today’s fintech broker dealers. In 2017, he joined HD Vest in a senior finance capacity and initiated their conversion from First Clearing to National Financial Services. Mr. Cott returned to Apex in 2019 and served to enhance revenue capture.
Mr. Cott earned a Master’s in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University. He also earned a Bachelor’s Degree from West Virginia University with a major in Finance after initiating his undergraduate experience with two years at the United States Military Academy at West Point. Mr. Cott holds FINRA Series 4, 7, 24, 55, and 63 licenses.
Thomas G Kies is SVP of Strategic Accounts for FusionIQ. In this role, he will manage FusionIQ Sales, Marketing and Customer Experience teams.
Mr. Kies joined FusionIQ as an established financial services executive with over 30 years of Fintech experience in various executive roles. His previous role was Executive Vice President Sales, Corporate Governance, for EQ (by Equiniti). Mr. Kies has managed sales and relationship management for the large US and Canadian businesses of both AST Financial and Computershare. His long tenured focus has been on technology-based solutions for both corporate and shareholder groups within financial services.
Mr. Kies has also held senior positions at key proxy advisory firms DF King and Morrow Sodali. He was also co-founder of the Laurel Hill Advisory Group in US and Canada.
Teresa Stanco is VP, Head of Client Experience for FusionIQ. Ms. Stanco is responsible for successful onboarding and overall client satisfaction.
Prior to joining FusionIQ, Ms. Stanco spent 18 years at Fidelity Investments. While at Fidelity, she held senior roles focusing on business development, sales
strategy and client integration. She worked closely with Broker-Dealer and Registered Investment Advisor prospects and clients as they transitioned to Fidelity Investments. She has over 20 years of financial services experience in sales, relationship management and project management.
Ms. Stanco graduated from Boston University with a B.A. and holds FINRA Series 7, 24 and 63 licenses.
Chris Cipolla, Principal Software Engineer/Solutions Architect
Chris Cipolla is a Principal Software Engineer/Solutions Architect for FusionIQ. Mr. Cipolla acts as a principal systems architect specializing in IoC architecture.
Previously, Mr. Cipolla worked at InfoTrack US as a software developer. Prior to InfoTrack US, he worked as a Senior Software Developer for Gemini Fund Services. In this role, Mr. Cipolla spent much of his time helping to facilitate communication between internal and external clients, turning business needs into workable specifications. He also set delivery expectations and tracked projects from start to finish.
Mr. Cipolla’s other roles at Gemini included intruding and implementing internal NuGet server to allow shared libraries to be easily created and discovered. He implemented a strategy for automated testing and deployments of all projects. Mr. Cipolla also set up/implemented complex Jira customizations to automate many aspects of the development lifecycle.
Peter Brittain is Business Development Manager for FusionIQ. In his current role, Mr. Brittain is building strategic relationships and driving digital workstation partnerships for financial institutions.
Previously, Mr. Brittain worked for Olden Lane Securities as a Sales Associate. In this role he obtained his Series 7 & 63 securities licenses, managed client relationships resulting in the origination of $32.5M of subordinated debentures, and coordinated efforts to build a pipeline of $140M of subordinated debt underwriting.
Mr. Brittain graduated from The Taft School in 2013 and received a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the College of Charleston in 2017.
Lindsey Wiehl is Marketing Manager for FusionIQ. In her current role, Ms. Wiehl is responsible for overall branding, strategy, coordination/execution, and content for FusionIQ.
Previously, Ms. Wiehl was in Marketing at Gemini Fund Services (acquired by Ultimus Fund Solutions in 2019), formerly apart of NorthStar Financial Services Group. She spent over 5 years in charge of events, conferences, webinars, marketing strategy, social media, and leading detailed marketing campaigns to help generate lead gen from start to finish for six subsidiaries of Gemini. Ms. Wiehl also worked as a liaison between marketing and sales to make sure all processes were streamlined.
Ms. Wiehl has a BA in Advertising from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
